AQUAPONICS

Problem

        The problem is that we must create an aquaponics system. We are required to do research about aquaculture. We must also work on our website on the process. We must also collect all of our materials.

         We must then set up all the materials to a cycle. Then we must examine and observe that all our materials are working and living(fish and plants). We then do the project assignments that come with the project. Things like the weekly report that we have to do.

Solution

        First I thought about the types of systems I could make and construct. I then proceeded to design my entire system and make a plan. I first bought my tank and the items needed to have the tank alive. I then proceeded to go to home depot and bought some pellets online. I then went to the fish gallery and bought my fish.

        I then proceeded to put everything together and make it a suitable habitat. I then let the system run for a period of time to see if it works. The aquaponics system then proceeded to actually work and the whole ecosystem continued to thrive.

Feedback

        This project allowed us to interact with living beings and a whole ecosystem. I personally was able to enjoy this project as I was able to get help from my dad. I thought this wasn't as stress worthy since we had so much time to be able to do this project. This project let me be able to improve my research skills. 

        I think overall this whole project wasn't a horrible stressful project where you procastinate. I think this allowed me to do all that was needed to succeed with my project. Overall this project was about a 10 out of 10.
